Another New Week

 The second week of July 2023 has hitted today...hour by hour ..minute by minute..the july is ticking away...

Began the day with wholesome breakfast with my PB toastie and a cuppa of karak tea


Wokeup with mixed feelings today as this week will end up with bestest eid vaccations I had along my only sis and niece...feeling wholesome but at the same time will be sad..as a lil void will appear.

Andddd the next new week will begin with me being whole again...updates will be on soon...

Till then I am enjoying being slow and grounded.

 Pause... Just pause wherever you are right now.Whatever you are doing.Whatever your mind is racing towards...just pause and breathe. Come back to yourself.Yes...yourself...! All this time you have been running away from yourself trying to find solace in others existence and did you ever notice who got neglected in the end? You ....!  You were the most you needed all this time...when you were seeking external validations..ever wondered why? Because you were not ever healed... I don't know from what XYZ factor...you were never healed and running door to door to accept you to love you to call you home...but in the end it was always you who you needed to go back to. It doesn't matter how much time has passed or what your age is....healing yourself can happen any time. And NOW is the time...accept yourself with all your flaws and start pouring in to yourself all the love you have been seeking outside. Let Go and Let God... Welcome Home!
