Healing...!!!

As 2nd half of September 23 is proceeding..unwinding and this word hit across my mind. Why are we even afraid to admit that we need to heal?


One step at a time..one day at a time. Lets be real..we cannot function or live till we heal and release of any past traumas because our response to any situation may be dependant on any of our unhealed parts.

So daily even for few minutes adjust to sit with yourself..sit with the little inner child of yours and love every bit of it...ensure to love that child unconditionaly!
Give that child love...the hope by connecting him/her with the Divine..the Ultimate...the Almighty Allah!

Delve in to the sea of His divine Love..by Surrendering to Him and let Him takeover!!!

 Pause... Just pause wherever you are right now.Whatever you are doing.Whatever your mind is racing towards...just pause and breathe. Come back to yourself.Yes...yourself...! All this time you have been running away from yourself trying to find solace in others existence and did you ever notice who got neglected in the end? You ....!  You were the most you needed all this time...when you were seeking external validations..ever wondered why? Because you were not ever healed... I don't know from what XYZ factor...you were never healed and running door to door to accept you to love you to call you home...but in the end it was always you who you needed to go back to. It doesn't matter how much time has passed or what your age is....healing yourself can happen any time. And NOW is the time...accept yourself with all your flaws and start pouring in to yourself all the love you have been seeking outside. Let Go and Let God... Welcome Home!
