A quiet relaxing sunday afternoon and the second week of October 23 is passing and I am more into it that how the self care October is turning out to be miraculous!
And I had a sudden urge to scribble down few for the upcoming week ahead.1. Take A Stroll
Yes...you read it right...! Turn on your step counter and pledge to take a daily stroll to begin with 20 minutes is enough to boost up your mood and relax you up.
To top it up make it a mindful stroll and concentrate on every stride you take. The mind and muscle coordination should be there.
Adapt this habit and you will thank me later for it .
2. Stay Hydrated
As the crisp weather is approaching...do up your water intake...your skin ,hair and your internal organs will thank you for it. Aim to chug atleast 3ltrs of water...if you find regular water boring add in citrusy flavor fruits to double the effect.
Get into the habit of stretching at the begining of day and after winding up your day.
There are several applications and online videos to begin with...but always check in your form and incase you already have any prevailing medical conditions always consult your medical advisor first.
Get into stretching and make the blood pumping up your muscles..work on that flexibility and gradualy increase in your time.
Hang tight to these rules for upcoming week and you may feel the relaxing difference!
