So it is exactly 12 days till 2024! Have I made any new year resolution yet? Nope...nor I intend to. But, atleast I know I have a launching pad for the upcoming year ahead.
As in my last blog I wrote about what habits we can pick up for solid year
ahead, in this writeup let us talk about the same but for emotional level!
At this time we all may be a little over whelmed. Many are not closing this
year as per their desire...but hey...relax... we will try again together next
year.
So how and where should we begin? Simple...
Stay Put...Hang in there...and practice the following:
Gratitude:
Observe this state and stay in it as much as you can. Even when nothing seems right, practice gratitude and be thankful to The Divine that He has kept you in better condition than many....just trust HIM.
Take Frequent Breaks:
Throughout your day take small breaks. If at work, take a quick refresher with your coffee and just sieze that moment ..all by yourself....Sounds perfect? Good! Now practice it.
Self Care:
Mental and physical both...pamper yourself as if you have all you are left with. Show love to yourself same way as you seek from others. Just prioritize yourself...and be in love..with yourself !
While I sip my coffee, I urge you all to try these basics for a drastic shift. You will thank me later!
