Currently we are passing through a serene month of Ramadan ..which is a month of blessing...peace and gratitude. Needless to say in time full of chaos this peaceful month slows me down to a reset level. From dusk till dawn this provides us so many ways telling us we all can live and function at bare minimum. One thing I urge you all to focus on is Gratitude...شکر ...! Practice it and make sure to carry this beautiful trait right after Ramadan aswel. Now you all be eyeing on ways to practice this..let me share few of my favorites: Focus on abundance, not scarcity: Instead of thinking about what you lack, focus on what you have and be thankful for it. Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself and appreciate your own strengths and accomplishments.
