Stretch Stretch Stretch
Get out of your hybernation mode and incorporate gentle stretches in your routine. First thing after waking up...stretch yourself good. Also consider yoga and love yourself more!
Wear Your Favorites
This is the best season to get out of all the heaviness of winters and get into your favorite clothing...light breezy floral patterns with your favorite scents a little tint and some blush and consider yourself as a spring diva!
